10 MINUTES BEFORE CLASS

Right then, let’s do this. We ask you to 10 minutes before class to get settled, get changed if you need to, and meet your trainer. We’ll get you checked in, and ready to go for your class.

 

DEMONSTRATIONS & TESTING

We go through all the exercises and circuits we are going to be doing in the class, making sure everyone knows exactly how to perform all exercises and has any questions.
