I have a wealth of experience in training, from a young age I took part in the sport of Rowing for around 8 years at the height of it I was training 6 days a week 4 hours a session educating my self on all aspects of fitness. Since then I have completed half marathons, full marathons, tough murders, cycling from London to Paris and been lucky enough to compete as an amateur boxer which has taken me a lot of hard work and commitment over the years.
I was over-weight; I faced the struggles of a negative mind because I never loved my own body. Fast forward 2 years, I’m now a Personal Trainer since I found my passion for health and fitness, I found how it’s the ONLY medicine you’ll everneed;
Personal Training sessions with me are fun, we’ll work on you as a whole, from helping you understand how to take supreme care of your mind and body by gaining the knowledge, nourishing yourself with healthy and balanced meals, using weights and resistance training to sculpt your physique, HIIT training to help burn those calories, and a dash of smiles and laughter to keep your soul fulfilled.
I pride myself in providing innovative expert advice on optimal health issues, weight loss, sports performance and workplace wellness.
My philosophy is to unpack scientific theory surrounding nutrition and training and dispel mainstream dogma in a conflicting and gimmick frenzied world.
I create realistic results via a 1-2-1 basis or group setting, whether it be performance related, clinical, or fat loss i will guide you to where you want to be.
