I have a wealth of experience in training, from a young age I took part in the sport of Rowing for around 8 years at the height of it I was training 6 days a week 4 hours a session educating my self on all aspects of fitness. Since then I have completed half marathons, full marathons, tough murders, cycling from London to Paris and been lucky enough to compete as an amateur boxer which has taken me a lot of hard work and commitment over the years.
I was over-weight; I faced the struggles of a negative mind because I never loved my own body. Fast forward 2 years, I’m now a Personal Trainer since I found my passion for health and fitness, I found how it’s the ONLY medicine you’ll everneed;
Personal Training sessions with me are fun, we’ll work on you as a whole, from helping you understand how to take supreme care of your mind and body by gaining the knowledge, nourishing yourself with healthy and balanced meals, using weights and resistance training to sculpt your physique, HIIT training to help burn those calories, and a dash of smiles and laughter to keep your soul fulfilled.
My background is very outdoorsy, always on the move and staying active. I’ve spent the last 12 years around horses, working with them, as well as owning and competing my own.
I started going to the gym only 4 years ago by attending group training sessions like we have here at Warrior, training in strength and conditioning. This made me want to change my career path away from horses and be a part of coaching amazing people such as yourselves.
The areas of fitness I’m most passionate about are improving people’s flexibility, mobility, function fitness and posture, so that you can get the most out of everyday life without any struggles, aches or pains. I like to include all areas of fitness into my style of training and coaching to create a balanced training routine for both myself and my clients.

I developed an interest in fitness from a young age; competing and later coaching Squash, Tennis, Football and Rugby. However in 2016 my interest peaked while working as a mountain guide in Nepal - it was here that I discovered fitness training for mountain sports, finding that the knowledge and experience of training specifically for climbing was underdeveloped and difficult to access. Upon qualifying as a personal trainer I began combining my skills and expertise in mountain guiding, coaching and fitness programming to design training plans for clients participating in global mountaineering challenges, from the Himalayas to the Alps, under my own business: Adventure Fitness Consultants.
Alongside being a keen climber I am very active in the outdoors and enjoy fell running, wild swimming, skiing and alpine mountaineering. When I am unable to get into the mountains however, I like to challenge myself in the gym and continue progressing my fictional fitness to the next level.
I pride myself in providing innovative expert advice on optimal health issues, weight loss, sports performance and workplace wellness.
My philosophy is to unpack scientific theory surrounding nutrition and training and dispel mainstream dogma in a conflicting and gimmick frenzied world.
I create realistic results via a 1-2-1 basis or group setting, whether it be performance related, clinical, or fat loss i will guide you to where you want to be.
